Insurance
For your convenience, we will bill your insurance for your services.  Please understand that, because your provider recommends a test or procedure, does not necessarily mean that the insurance company will cover it.  If there are any questions regarding coverage, you may decline and/or contact your insurance company first.  In the event that your insurance does not allow certain procedures or codes, you will be responsible for that bill.

Many insurance companies require preauthorization for mental health visits and procedures, or they will not pay.  Please understand that we make every attempt to get visits and procedures preauthorized (prior to your appointment) by your insurance company to relieve a financial burden on you; therefore, we ask that you provide us with your Insurance Card (please be prepared to submit at each visit) and notify us immediately of any insurance changes.
