Do I have to have a referral?
Although we do accept referrals from medical doctors, employee assistance programs, schools, and other agencies, a referral is only necessary when it is required by your insurance company. If you are unsure whether your insurance company requires a referral for mental health services, you may want to give them a phone call and check before scheduling.

How do I make an appointment?
You may call us at (304) 745-5065 to schedule an appointment, or email us at janna.frazier@wvfamilymatters.com. Leave your contact information, and we will get back in touch with you as soon as possible.
Although a referral is usually not required, your doctor's office or Employee Assistance Program may also contact us to provide referral information, and we will contact you to confirm your information and schedule an appointment.
